Package VI - Computer Control System.
The computer control consists of an S120 Data General computer, its associated printed circuit boards, a CRT monitor, and all necessary input/output (I/O) interface printed circuit boards/components. A full computer cabinet with I/O rack shall house the computer/electrical components. Included is a rack mounted CNC mini-file system, which utilizes 3 1/2 inch, 1.44 Megabyte diskettes and USB drives. An operator's pendant, with all necessary controls, is provided. PWT's new Advanced U-Weld Control can be supplied as an option.

We will ensure the electrical and gas supplies are connected adequately,
start the machine up, and perform a preventative maintenance (PM)
